The Amazing Team Behind TNT
Joshua Smyser
Josh is a second generation restoration mason and leader of the family business. He also has his Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics. He holds a CPA license (inactive), and previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. He wears many hats at the company, but truly has a passion for masonry restoration and leading our organization! Josh is involved with the Sealant Restoration and Waterproofing Institute, the International Concrete Repair Institute, and the Construction Financial Management Association. Josh and his wife Megan have 4 wonderful kids (Cooper, Carter, Tucker and Madison).
Megan Smyser
Megan owns the company with her husband, Josh. She has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Elementary Education. At TNT she works in accounts payable, human resources, and payroll. Megan is very active in the Durant School district with various organizations like PTO, Wrestling Association, and occasionally fills in as a substitute teacher. Megan and Josh have 4 wonderful kids (Cooper, Carter, Tucker, and Madison).
Jason Berg
Jason is a 3rd-generation restoration mason and previously owned and operated his own company, Cities Masonry Restoration, Inc., before joining our team in 2023. Jason is the cousin of the Owner (Josh) and is a critical part of our team. He is the jack of all trades and can be relied on to fill many roles, drawing on his wealth of experience. In the winter months he focuses on estimating/project management, but as the construction season starts up, he switches gears and goes into the field performing masonry staining and running jobs as a site superintendent. He loves getting his hands dirty and restoring historical treasures.

Mike Lee
Mike has started at the company as a laborer, proved himself as a tuckpointer, then foreman and is currently serving as an estimator and project manager. Prior to joining TNT, Mike was a lead erector at a local scaffolding company, and brought and developed that access knowledge to our projects. Mike is a certified instructor for various types of scaffolding (frame, systems, swing and mast climbers) and is our resident access expert. He enjoys the challenges of designing the right access to complete the job!

Jeremy Schubich
Jeremy has a diverse background and performs many roles at our company. Prior to joining TNT, Jeremy has served as a warehouse manager, supervisor, metal fabricator, and CDL driver. Jeremy is the warehouse manager and oversees TNT's facilities and equipment repairs, as well as serving as our semi driver for large equipment deliveries. In addition to these duties, Jeremy is able to perform metal fabrication as it is needed during the course of our projects or at the shop. He really is a man of many talents.
